Donovan Helminiak has over 12 years of experience in the AEC industry. Prior to joining KTGY, Mr. Helminiak began his professional career over 20 years ago as a Corporate Trainer and creatively provided business solutions in his previous roles in the automotive and financial services industries. With a background in learning and development, business/systems analysis, and internal communications, he has a unique perspective on tackling business challenges in his current role on KTGY’s Knowledge Management team. Mr. Helminiak has brought his passions to KTGY to help develop and build its Knowledge Management team and to lead an information-sharing culture where knowledge is valued and effectively used within KTGY. This enables business leaders to efficiently make better, more knowledgeable decisions. As the Director of Knowledge Management, his focus is to help drive positive change throughout the firm and build upon knowledge awareness and assets to better inform KTGY’s team members, projects, and clients.
