As director, regional development for KTGY’s Southern California high density studio, Elise Puritz grows and strengthens client relationships by identifying opportunities for new business and contributing to the firm’s growth strategy. Ms. Puritz has more than a decade of experience in business development and marketing for national and local A/E/C firms focused on integrated design, structural engineering, real estate development, project management and property management. Her compelling background and diligent market research enable KTGY’s clients to achieve their targets in new and existing sectors.

Ms. Puritz enjoys giving back to her community and is actively involved in industry organizations including Urban Land Institute (ULI), where she serves as a NEXT Pod leader, on the YLG Steering Committee and on the TAP committee for the Los Angeles Chapter. She is a former CREW Orange County board member and was honored with the Emerging Leader Award at the 2019 CREW Orange County SPIRE Awards for her career achievements and mentorship.
