National Development Director
As the National Development Director, Jeremy Agraz is responsible for the creation and execution of KTGY’s national business development strategy, which aims to meet both short- and long-term growth objectives for the company. Mr. Agraz is responsible for creating and maintaining a business development strategy that is continually effective and competitive in what is a constantly evolving real estate industry.
Mr. Agraz is a veteran business development professional in the architecture, engineering and planning profession. His vertical market expertise spans multifamily residential, mixed-use, commercial office, corporate interiors, hospitality, transportation, convention centers, science + technology and higher education. The scales and scopes of work familiar to Mr. Agraz range from bespoke interior fit-outs to billion dollar transportation infrastructure projects and from mixed-use urban infill developments to suburban corporate campus developments.
Mr. Agraz brings more than 20 years of professional experience to the role of national development director. Having led business development efforts at local, national and global levels Mr. Agraz brings a broad perspective on business development, marketing, branding, communications, business strategy, organizational management and client management. Mr. Agraz has applied these experiences and skill sets to help firms accomplish a myriad of objectives including but not limited to growing into new markets, starting new disciplines, expanding geographically, and structuring strategic partnerships.
Mr. Agraz has previously held positions of increasing responsibility with international practices such as Woods Bagot and Gensler, and with national practices such as Flad Architects and HNTB. Mr. Agraz is a long-standing member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) where he currently sits on the Public-Private-Partnership National Product Council. He is active in several urban planning and real estate related organizations including the San Francisco Bay Area Planning & Urban Research Association, the Bay Area Council where he participates on the Affordable Housing and Sustainable Development Committee and the corporate real estate organization CoreNet Global. Mr. Agraz holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Skidmore College.
