With professional degrees and experience in Architecture, and Landscape + Urban Planning, Ms. Ciammaichella provides an interdisciplinary background to her multifamily, affordable, mixed use, and transit-oriented development projects. Ms. Ciammaichella brings knowledge of green building, CalGreen, LEED, and Green Point to each project, fostering and conveying her passion for sustainability. Her priorities include intersecting landscape and architecture to create healthy, highly efficient, and cost-saving green buildings. Attention to these principals are designed into her projects at all stages and degrees of detail- from design to construction, from the macro to the micro. Ms. Ciammaichella believes all elements serve a purpose in how people and buildings can live more sustainably.


Ms. Ciammaichella has managed projects all over the United States and specializes in finding innovative design solutions to maximize a sites distinctive qualities. As part of the high density design studio in KTGY’s Oakland office, Ms. Ciammaichella is responsible for design, leadership, and coordination of project team members and consultants throughout the design process.
