As an Associate Principal in KTGY’s Denver office, Sarah Hunter is responsible for projects from conception through the entitlement process. Since joining KTGY in 2011, Mrs. Hunter has provided special care and extreme attention to detail to the development of multifamily and mixed-use typologies. She coordinates and provides design input for every project that comes into the Denver office.

Mrs. Hunter has the unique ability to translate clients’ needs and goals into a cohesive design that meets all aesthetic, programmatic and budgetary concerns. The thrilling challenge of an undiscovered design solution drives her passion for architecture, influencing her approach on every development. Mrs. Hunter regularly contributes to design publications, sharing her expertise on sustainability and green living.
