Los Angeles-based developer Jamison Services, Inc. has completed construction at 3060 Olympic Boulevard, site of the 30Sixty apartments.

Located at the southern perimeter of Koreatown, the seven-story building offers a mix of 226 one- and two-bedroom apartments, in addition to approximately 17,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space, and amenities such as a fitness center, a rooftop deck, a swimming pool, and an on-site parking garage.  Each unit comes with in-home washer-dryer sets, appliances, balconies, and floor-to-ceiling windows.

KTGY Architecture + Planning designed the contemporary podium-type building, which wraps around the Karnak Apartments at 1020 Kingsley Drive.  The Egyptian Revival-style building dates to the mid-1920s.

Rents at 30Sixty range between $1,940 and $3,560 per month according to a leasing website.

Jamison Services, one of the city’s largest office landlords, also has a robust pipeline of residential developments across Central Los Angeles.
