How will architects create and manage a sustainable, profitable, and equitable firm for future resilience? Leaders from AIA’s Large Firm Roundtable and the AIA Young Architects Forum will share key principles to develop a road map to business success. This interactive practicum will center around business best practices and focus on developing soft skills for business leadership, managing staff and workloads in unpredictable times, and using technology and artificial intelligence for practice efficiency.
