Vita at Littleton – Mixed-Use Project Begins in Littleton

Just east of downtown Littleton at 2100 West Littleton Boulevard is the construction site of Vita at Littleton, a mixed-used development.
Work on the property is now underway. The project will feature 160 apartment units and nearly 11,000 square-feet of retail space. The City of Littleton approved the site plan for Vita at Littleton in September 2015.
Amenities include a swimming pool, a dog park, and connections to community trails. An RTD light rail station sits one block to the west of Vita at Littleton. The target demographic is empty-nesters. Zocalo Community Development is the developer and KTGY is the architecture firm that designed this project.
