Vive On the Park Opens in San Diego’s Spectrum Center

Sunroad Enterprises commemorated the grand debut of Vive on the Park, a new 302-unit luxury apartment complex in San Diego’s Spectrum Center. The opening is an important milestone in the successful redevelopment of the 240-acre campus that formerly housed General Dynamics’ aerospace missile plant in the early 1990s.
As the cornerstone of Sunroad Enterprises’ new multifamily division, Vive on the Park embodies its vision for luxury residential. The San Diego-based firm broke ground in 2015 on the seven-story property at 8725 Ariva Court that features a sleek, contemporary design by leading global architecture firm, KTGY.
First-class amenities include an outdoor pool deck and spa, state-of-the-art multi-level fitness center, rooftop lounges with built-in barbeques, a variety of semi-private social spaces complete with fire pits, dining decks and outdoor game rooms, as well as a business center and dry cleaning on premise.
