Luxury Mixed-Use Condominiums
The District at Lower Pacific Heights features a luxury mixed-use condominium development on a 3/4-acre site, situated at the corner of Divisadero and Bush streets in Lower Pacific Heights, one of the most prestigious neighborhoods in San Francisco. KTGY reconfigured the building and parking structure design to improve the efficiency of the project and the livability of the units, which included adding amenity areas such as a fitness center and lounge to the previously designed public areas such as a roof top deck and well-landscaped interior courtyard. The new development will feature 81 high-end homes with an average size of 1,080 square feet, and 3,800 square feet of retail space. Unit mix will consist primarily of one- and two-bedroom units with parking below grade. With its adjacency to both the UCSF Mt. Zion Medical Center and Kaiser San Francisco Medical Center, and the thriving Fillmore and Laurel Village districts, The District at Lower Pacific Heights is extremely well located in a desirable and vibrant area.
