The architects designed customizable plan types and add-on options to meet each resident’s needs, whether they prefer courtyards, basements, casitas, porticos, porches, covered patios or additional bedrooms. In response to current trends, the architects developed a top-tier indoor-outdoor experience using glazed sliding doors that extend across most of the backyard-facing façade and a connected patio that provides a balanced transitional area to the outside space. This gated neighborhood, surrounded by parks, restaurants, cafés, and Las Colinas Golf Club, creates the perfect community for families and those who love to entertain.
