Designers turned this challenge into a sought-after feature by creating large open space amenities which are accessible to the entire community. The residential exclusive amenities front this open space – creating permeability between public and private spaces and reinforcing community connections. Designers were also able to maximize density through creative building footprints and orientations.

     

    A black and white color palette with warm wood accents and gabled rooflines reinforce a modern farmhouse exterior that strikes a balance between the plains reaching out to the east and downtown’s urban frontier to the west. Complementing the residences is the distinct and inviting clubhouse that creates a relaxing social space with a pool, fitness room, bike repair room and garden. The proximity to both the airport and light rail makes this an ideal home for DIA employees and young professionals who want to live where they work and still access the excitement of the city.
