As part of the expansive Warm Springs masterplan and conveniently located adjacent to the BART Station, Canyon Flats delivers the perfect affordable and transit-oriented community to Fremont locals. KTGY’s architects designed the Canyon Flats façade with a white, gray, charcoal and red color-block pattern to complement the surrounding neighborhood and create a continuous modern look. 6,000 square-feet of retail further encourage active mobility, but for those with lifestyles that still require a car, electric vehicle charging stations are utilized in the one-level, above-grade parking structure that’s shared with the neighboring community. To ensure space efficiency, this parking structure utilizes a three-tiered lift system. In addition to these conveniences, residents also enjoy outdoor grilling stations with nearby patio seating, a children’s playground, bicycle storage, community gardens, a computer lab, key fob security, a laundry room and wi-fi in communal spaces.

Reilly Station
Located immediately adjacent to the BART station in Fremont, Reilly Station provides a new, affordable community within the expansive Warm Springs masterplan. Reilly Station features a white, gray, charcoal and red color-block façade. The above grade parking structure is shared with the adjacent apartment community, Canyon Flats, and features a three-tiered lift system to maximize the site and increase efficiency. Additionally, Reilly Station makes use of a variety of green technologies such as solar photovoltaic panels, a solar thermal system, low-flow toilets and showerheads, high-efficiency fixtures and appliances and smart timers on irrigation systems. In order to create a highly sustainable community, these technologies are combined with techniques that naturally limit environmental impact, such as the use of drought resistant landscaping, shading systems for natural cooling and bioswales that enhance natural drainage and decrease runoff into the stormwater system. Residents enjoy outdoor grilling stations with nearby patio seating, a children’s playground, bicycle storage, electric vehicle charging stations, a laundry room and wi-fi in communal spaces.
