Easton Urban District East Block makes a perfect addition to the Easton Town Center, a growing high-end retail and office hub established over 25 years ago. As the first residential building within this community, KTGY’s architects were challenged to create a grand entrance that matched that same level of luxury that Easton Town Center already exudes. The architects accomplished this by placing the main amenity room above the front entry and utilizing floor-to-ceiling glazing to show how lively the inside space is. Farther back, the main portion of the building sports a modern, industrial look created with brick and metal. Knowing that Easton Town Center has taken 25 years to grow into what it is today, the architects designed the east block to look as if it were multiple buildings that could have been constructed during different points in time to match the overall community. Considering the limited residential options in the area, KTGY’s architects designed a variety of floorplan sizes to deliver attainability while appealing to high-end clientele. In addition to the shopping benefits, adjacently to employment and design for active mobility, residents also enjoy the long list of amenities — a fitness center, yoga room, basketball halfcourt, music room, golf simulator, day care room, co-working center, clubroom, pool and massage treatment room — provided by this new residential community.
