Story
As a part of a consortium of world renowned architects including Foster+Partners and Arquitectonica, KTGY designed the concept for the 14-story Lifestyle Center that defines the Southwestern edge of Emaar Square, the dynamic new mixed-use development in Çamlica, on the Asian side of Istanbul. Situated on top the subterranean Emaar Square Shopping Mall and parking, the Lifestyle Center provides luxury residential units, amenity spaces, and specialty retail space at plaza level. The Lifestyle Center serves as the transition from the high rise component of Emaar Square to the existing residential neighborhood and takes aesthetic cues from traditional Istanbul apartment architecture.
