Granada Hotel

Targeting Silicon Valley business travelers, coupled with the city’s growing wine industry and sports tourism, the Granada Hotel is a small four-story design-oriented boutique hotel with 60 rooms. The upscale contemporary-style hotel is situated immediately adjacent to the Granada Theater towards the east and single-family residences to the north. The hotel operates 24 hours-a-day, seven days a week, year round. The ground level accommodates a bar, restaurant, flower shop, and a market and provides valet services for all of the guests. Also included is a spacious lobby and reception area, conference room, vintage wine bar, spa and fitness center, banquet hall, outdoor pool, communal outdoor living room/lounge and a roof garden that grows organic vegetables for the restaurant. The overall design incorporates vintage brick veneer, FSC-certified wood, Corten steel, board form concrete and glass along with other materials that reference the local natural palate and setting.
