Heritage Square provides high-quality affordable rental housing to Pasadena’s 55 or better community. The design incorporates two community rooms that can be used for community gatherings, civic meetings, resident social services, arts and sustainable education. Open space is a key element of the design for both the site and includes active and passive use courtyards with raised planters, walkways, and outdoor gathering spaces placing an emphasis on community interaction and resident connections.
