OC Pace

OC Pace renovates an existing office and banquet facility into a modern Spanish style active adult center and clinic providing daytime group activities and physical therapy. Covered vehicular drop off area for customers provides a sense of arrival. The ground floor entry lobby welcomes customers and opens to a large open seating area for socializing and activities, a physical rehabilitation gym area, administration offices and adjacent open air patio. The second floor provides a waiting room, health clinic exam rooms, more open office administration space, breakroom and conference rooms. The design positions social activities on the ground floor to maximize access without having to utilize the elevator to participate. OC Pace provides a safe environment for elderly members of the community where they can socialize, receive physical therapy, as well as general clinic healthcare.
