Rosemont at Beacon Park in Irvine, California, offers three single-family for-sale home designs ranging in size from 1,902-3,031 square feet. With a mix of single and two story homes, the biggest challenge for the designers was to create a single story home that was not dwarfed by its two story counter parts.
