Solaira at Pavilion Park

Solaira at Pavilion Park Apartments is a new 221-unit community that was designed and built for those 55 or better and is located close to retail, public parks, trails and bike routes. Solaira’s design uses board and batten siding, stone base elements, earthy colors and large gabled ends that all relate to the arts and crafts architectural style of the area. The layout of Solaira’s three main residential buildings helps create both public and private spaces for the residents, and centralize onto the main amenity area. The community’s amenity area was designed to have its own architectural identity and incorporates a variety of colors, materials and styles that set it apart from the residential units.
