Located west of Philadelphia in Montgomery County, The Reserve at Maybrook is a 250-unit apartment development on the 44-acre Merriam Estate in Wynnewood, Pennsylvania. The new luxury rental community development, which targets young professionals, will provide much needed traffic improvements including a “mini” traffic roundabout. Other planned improvements include the creation of several trails for public pedestrian and bicycle access to the nearby Wynnewood Train Station. The architectural style of the apartment community draws inspiration from the historic gothic buildings found on the estate. The development plan incorporates part of the historic Maybrook Mansion to be used in part as a community center for the apartment complex and in part as a private residence.
