Off-Campus Student Housing
Built on a compact infill site, that was once used as parking, the USC Currie Hall Phase II apartments relate to adjacent Currie Hall Phase I in scale and form. Trojan red adds interesting pops of color to an otherwise neutral color palette which is consistent with the buildings contemporary design. Brick cladding lines the base of the façade, tying the new construction with existing campus buildings. This community responds to the universities extreme need for student housing and shares amenities and management with Currie Hall Phase I.
