Strolling along the community’s central paseo from a resort-style recreation center, pedestrians experience drought-tolerant landscaping, and end at a modernistic children’s playground. Designed for the future, this community powers 70% of its common area facilities with rooftop-mounted photovoltaics, and delivers fiber-optic telecommunications and smart home capabilities to every resident.
