Leah Pitts has worked continuously in architecture since 2003. She directs multiple projects throughout all phases from site feasibility to construction. Ms. Pitts excels at maintaining strong client relationships, including analyzing client needs and developing architectural solutions to address those needs. Ms. Pitts demonstrates excellent skills in coordinating consultants and managing employees to ensure that projects are completed on schedule, on budget and conforms to the original design intent.

Leah has extensive experience in designing projects to comply with accessibility standards and codes pertaining to multifamily housing and mixed use projects. She spearheads KTGY Denver’s internal QC review process specifically for accessibility compliance, and conducts office-wide staff training in FHA, ANSI, UFAS, and ADA design. Her experience in responding to 3rd party review comments and construction phase clarification of design intent is a valuable asset to the project team.
