This Privacy Policy describes KTGY Group, Inc. (“KTGY”)’s policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of your information when you use the KTGY’s websites and subdomains on ktgy.com (the “Website”) and tells you about your privacy rights and how the law protects you. We may collect your information when you become a Customer or when you contact us to obtain information (“Services”). As used herein the terms “you” or “your” shall apply to individual users of KTGY’s Website, while a reference to “we,” “us,” or the “Company” is a reference to KTGY and its relevant affiliates involved in the collection, use, sharing, or other processing of personal information.

 

1. Whose Personal Information We Collect

KTGY obtains information from various entities. These entities are defined below by what they are referred to in this Privacy Policy and when information is collected. Entities may overlap and are not exclusive categories.

  • Customers: When you contact us or engage in any version of our services.
  • Vendors: When you contract with us to provide services on our behalf.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to the way we process information on behalf of our Customers. We process and safeguard information on behalf of our Customers in accordance with our agreements with our Customers. Third Party Links and Websites. KTGY’s Website may link to third party websites. Please be aware KTGY is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites you choose to visit. Information You Give Us. KTGY will collect and store your personal information when you interact with KTGY’s Website or Services. We collect information, some of which may contain personal information, by online applications as follows: you may voluntarily provide information, including personal information, to us by: (a) inputting information through KTGY’s Website; (b) emailing or calling KTGY about our Services, employment or internship opportunities, marketing, media requests, and other business matters; or (c) inputting information through our job postings hosted by third party software provider ADP.

Information We Automatically Collect

  • Website: Like many website operators, we collect information that your browsers sends whenever you visit our Website. This includes log data, such as your computer’s IP address, browser types, browser version, the pages of our Website that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, areas scrolled or clicked, and other statistics, and whether you reached our Website through a social media or email campaign. Information We Collect From the Public. We may also collect publicly available information concerning our clients through Internet searches, such as a LinkedIn or Google search.

We do not disclose your personal information to third parties for third parties’ direct marketing purposes.

Automated Processing & Profiling. Residents of certain U.S. states have the right to opt out of the processing of personal information for purposes of profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects concerning a consumer.

Right to Equal Service & Price. You have the right to receive equal service and price, even if you exercise a privacy right.

Verification Process for Exercising Rights. To protect our consumers’ privacy, we verify privacy rights requests to ensure that only you (or your authorized agent) can exercise rights pertaining to your personal information. As part of our verification process, we may request you to submit additional information.

If you are from the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom (UK) or Switzerland, our legal bases for collecting and using your personal information is as follows:

  • The performance of your contract, or to enter into the contract and take action on your requests. For example, to process your account information.
  • Our legitimate business interests. For example, fraud prevention, maintaining the security of our network and Services, direct marketing to you, and improvement of our Services.
  • Compliance with mandatory legal obligations. For example, accounting and tax requirements, which are subject to mandatory retention periods. We may also collect your personal information to record your requests to exercise your rights and to verify your identity for such requests.

9. Children’s Privacy

The Website is not directed at individuals under the age of 16. KTGY does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 16. If KTGY becomes aware that KTGY has collected personal information from anyone under the age of 16, KTGY will take steps to remove that information from KTGY’s servers.
