As associate principal in KTGY’s community planning and urban design studio, Geoff Graney has more than 25 years of design expertise throughout the United States. His talents infuse unique and creative vision and design with client needs to create outstanding design results. He is accomplished at developing strong visions and creative solutions for projects. With diverse experience, Geoff has provided innovative design services for resort (tropical, desert, golf and mountain), sports/entertainment, waterfront, mixed-use, transit and master planned community projects. Geoff’s role is to lead the development of ideas, concepts, and designs generated for the project, as well as manage the work of the KTGY design staff.

Mr. Graney has received award recognition from the Southern California Association of Governments (SCAG) and Gold Nugget Awards for the Anaheim Regional Transit Intermodal Center (ARTIC). His team also received a 2014 Orange County American Planning Association (OC-APA) award for La Floresta Master Plan in Brea, California and 2018 OC-APA award for Bolsa Row, Westminster, CA.
