Grace Robinson is a real estate professional with a lifelong passion for shaping communities. As business development manager, she drives strategic growth for KTGY across Orange County, San Diego, the Inland Empire, and Arizona with a specialized focus on multifamily and affordable housing. She excels at building and maintaining strategic partnerships through both traditional networking and innovative campaigns. Before joining KTGY, she led business development for a Southern California multifamily General Contractor. Her unique professional trajectory began in the sports industry, where she recruited and marketed professional athletes for a premier sports agency — an experience that honed her high-pressure negotiation and strategic marketing skills.

Grace holds a Master of Real Estate Development from the University of Arizona and a Business degree from the University of Oregon. A dedicated industry leader, she serves as Assistant Vice Chair for ULI Orange County’s Women’s Leadership Initiative and is an active member of both the ULI OC Multi-Housing Council and the YLG Executive Committee. Outside of her professional roles, Grace is passionate about giving back to the community and is actively involved in Operation Gratitude, inspired by her husband’s service as a military veteran.
