As Chairman, Jill Williams strengthens the firm with her experience, knowledge, and passion for KTGY. Her leadership position includes working closely with the firm’s CEO Tricia Esser, the Board of Directors and Managing Principals of the firm’s offices and studios nationwide. Jill takes an active role in cultivating good client partnerships, setting design vision, mentoring KTGY’s principals and leading the firm to a lasting culture that encourages innovation, inspired design and expert execution that enhances and improves everyday life.

Jill joined KTGY in Irvine in 1991. Since 2001, she has dedicated her efforts to building an award-winning studio in the San Francisco Bay Area. Her dedication to sustainable and thoughtful design has been recognized by clients, communities and the development industry alike, resulting in a thriving practice in the greater San Francisco Bay Area. In addition to her work as a firm leader and architect, Jill donates her skills to organizations around the Bay Area, as a vital and generous continuation of her practice. She maintains relationships with organizations such as HomeAid Bay Area, Habitat for Humanity, Oakland Schools and CalPoly SLO.
