As principal of KTGY’s Oakland single family residential studio, Jonathan Boriack’s primary focus has been to build up and support an expert team of architects and designers focused on the master planning, design and construction of new single and multifamily communities for public and private homebuilders throughout Northern California. His experience and technical knowledge allow him to spread his management efforts across all project phases from inception, through schematic design and entitlements, to production of construction drawings and construction observation.

Jonathan thrives on finding creative solutions to the numerous challenges that occur over the course of a project, and his attention to detail and passion for excellence has helped him craft long-lasting client relationships and successful residential communities. He is a speaker at industry events and has been quoted in the media about national and regional design and development trends as well as future-forward designs.
