This 36-story high-rise sits atop a constrained 7,500-square-foot floor plate, its expressive form shaped by regulatory requirements, preserved view corridors, and context-sensitive massing. A sculptural plinth responds to the neighborhood’s varied scale, while textured terra cotta cladding and deep window reveals nod to the character of nearby landmarks.
Designed as a trophy tower for discerning residents and second-home seekers, Bell Tower offers 132 exclusive residences with sweeping views and curated amenities. A motor court and public promenade along Cherry Creek engage the streetscape, while a double-height skybox, rooftop deck, and below-grade parking underscore the project’s luxury and efficiency.
Collaboration with the Denver Landmark Preservation Commission informed the material palette and facade articulation. Innovative coordination with structural consultants allowed for expressive cantilevers and floorplate shifts—hallmarks of Bell Tower’s boutique appeal.
