KTGY’s Dallas architecture team worked with the renowned David Schwartz firm to bring an elevated, turnkey lifestyle option to Southlake, Texas; one of the area’s most exclusive neighborhoods. Assisting with design and acting as architect of record, our designers lent their experience and passion to a development that, as this area’s first for rent building, gathered very high expectations before breaking ground. For jet setters and high earners not ready to settle down, Block 20 Southlake is a spacious, exclusive and luxurious home with the tantalizing flexibility of renting.
Built in a neo-classical style with southern manor roots, two buildings overlook the adjacent Summit Park with a quiet stateliness matching the established homes around them. Slightly subdued entry columns meet warm brick specially selected for the site. Our design team uses a gentle slope to create dramatic views of the park and expose the underground garage for easy access, out of view. Sub-grade parking keeps cars off the street, giving the grounds an uninterrupted park-like atmosphere. High ceilings, additional soundproofing and very generous floorplans characterize the units, a maximum of two per corridor, with penthouse units offering direct elevator access. Block 20 Southlake meets soaring expectations with an uncommon care and attention to detail that makes the most of a prime location in an exclusive neighborhood.
