The Londoner Macao’s Diamond-Apex room is a singular gambling experience made for the casino’s most valuable clients. The client’s vision for an extravagant VIP journey is a capstone to their high-end redesign effort. KTGY’s interior designers took inspiration from the Wars of the Roses to create no-limits luxury in a high roller’s gaming room.
Real marble, fine materials and rich layering characterize an opulent space where each guest is royalty. A blue marble proscenium creates a tantalizing frame for casino patrons and white marble flooring separates the public casino from the exclusive gaming room. The spaces feature curved walls and features in groups of three, Macanese measures that ensure good luck. Marble inlaid with brass, chandeliers and layered details feature throughout. Gaming modules feature leather-upholstered seats, marble podiums and gilt drawers filled with luxury extras. The Apex VIP entrance is barred by brass and glass latticed doors, and its statement entry chandelier is made with layers of tiny rose florets. The Apex lounge stuns with a marble table and gilded ceiling ribs that stretch to the floor with a contiguous backlight.
