With experience from the design of several Summerlin developments, our team effectively navigated community guidelines and fielded requests from the review committee in finalizing previously entitled designs. Glenrock is built into a foothill, with significant grade changes from lot to lot. Our designers make use of the grade to terrace some of the homes for walk out basements with stunning views. There are eight floor plans, each with three elevations and ready-to-build options like front and rear storefront windows, flex rooms, custom kitchens, great rooms and additional bathrooms. The new community takes advantage of access to a private park and shared amenities of the Grand Park Village master plan.
