Building on a productive relationship with our client and returning to a part of the country where our designers have a lot of experience, this design team was happy to shepherd Incanta Lago through its final phases of development as architect of record. Per the client’s objectives, these single family home designs offer customization and personality at production scale. The three floorplans each come in three architectural styles: modern, contemporary and mid-century. Within each high level option there are granular custom options designed to delight the luxury buyer. The homes at Incanta Lago, set between dramatic foothills and Lake Las Vegas, are designed to be the perfect retreat, second home or family residence.
Each design boasts an open concept floorplan, high ceilings and large windows, creating open and light-filled interior spaces perfect for entertaining or relaxing with the family. Incanta Lago is part of a larger, gated community, and much thought has been given to fostering social connections within the home; standard and custom options are designed to accommodate guests and multi-generational living. The three facade styles are expressed in materials appropriate to each aesthetic. Material variations give each home personality, with a palette of ready to use materials combined and recombined in distinctive ways.
