Village Plaza is a 265-unit luxury residential rental apartment community with 15,500 square feet of ground floor retail on the site of an existing parking lot and the former Plaza Theater. This is the first project to come under the town’s new form-based code rules. This landmark project is expected to set the pace for other property owners in the 180-acre redevelopment district and create a more vibrant, walkable neighborhood. Village Plaza’s ground-floor restaurant and commercial space, lined with trees, tables and chairs, will face Elliott Road and the adjacent Whole Foods and activate the sidewalks. Village Plaza apartment community will include more than 35,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenity space, including a private pool, courtyard, bocce court and fitness center.
