Brad Golba, AIA, NCARB joined KTGY in 2011. As an Associate Principal, he leads a team whose primary focus is on the single family and multifamily residential sectors. Mr. Golba’s core specialty lies in finding innovative design and code-compliant solutions for all developments his team works on. Relying on his years of experience and technical knowledge of homebuilder construction practices, he aims to complete a finished product that enhances the quality and character of the original design intent.

Mr. Golba’s strong commitment to client satisfaction is evident in his comprehensive project management and problem solving tactics while ensuring developments are delivered on time and within budget. His efforts and contributions have led to award-winning projects and communities within the Southern California region.

Prior to joining KTGY, Mr. Golba worked in San Francisco and Newport Beach with a specialization in luxury retail tenant improvements, mixed-use buildings and high-end single family custom homes and estates.
