As an Executive Director of Architecture for KTGY, Scott Bryans is responsible for overseeing the design development, production, and construction administration of multi-family residential projects. Mr. Bryans brings to KTGY many years of experience on multi-family, mixed use, and hospitality projects, ranging from 3-story walk up apartments to high-rise mixed use projects. Through his experience he has become familiar with the important elements for design and construction that are unique to multi-family projects. His expertise and knowledge of the building code, accessibility compliance, and constructability has made him a valued resource for co-workers, developers, and contractors. Mr. Bryans thrives in a team environment and enjoys working closely with clients, managing in-house staff, consultants, contractors, and City officials on large and mid size projects. His expertise extends to all phases of a project from preliminary project analysis and entitlements through drawing production, and construction administration.
