Zac Miles is a key leader and associate principal in KTGY’s Oakland office where his leadership experience and attention to detail deliver high quality housing and create neighborhoods of enduring value. His focus is on high density and multifamily developments on infill sites around the Bay Area. Mr. Miles also serves on the Quality Control committee, which establishes companywide QA/QC procedures. His primary focus is leading teams through the design process, from Schematic Design through the completion of construction. As a key leader at KTGY, Mr. Miles contributes to the discussion of moving the firm forward and is actively engaged in the pursuit of continuous improvement. Mr. Miles’ leadership extends to the broader marketplace through industry speaking engagements with a focus on construction innovation, sustainable techniques and market trends.
