College View Apartments deliver a stunning addition to San Diego State University’s locality with its harmonious earth tones and extensive list of amenities. As one of the first few projects to begin the revitalization in the university-adjacent residential district, this community not only adds to the aesthetic appeal of the neighborhood but also meets the demands for much needed residential housing in the surrounding area. Primarily clad in stucco, elements of cementitious siding help to create visual interest along with the varying roofline across the façade. The contemporary architectural style complements the natural landscaping and rolling slopes specific to the San Diego region.
