Jennifer Gams is a hospitality and multifamily advisor with experience in negotiation, sales, account management and business development. As a business development director, she couples interpersonal skills with deep industry knowledge to spearhead client engagement and growth initiatives. By identifying and fostering strategic partnerships, she drives presence and growth for KTGY’s interior design and branding practices. In this role, she is tasked with developing and analyzing business strategies that enhance operational efficiency and promote KTGY’s mission of delivering innovative design to all people and places.
Jennifer is a collaborative person with a skill for connecting people and teams to developments. She thinks outside the box to develop strategies at the local level and then applies them to national effect. With more than 20 years in business development, she has a strong resume and a long list of clients and contacts around the country. Jennifer is sincere, friendly, and a favorite among clients and fellow team members. A longtime Midwesterner, she is a regular volunteer with Greater Chicago Food Depository and Cradles to Crayons.
