Hope on Hyde Park is a modular, permanent supportive housing development located along the Crenshaw Corridor. The construction of the Metro Crenshaw line, connecting to LAX, has spurred significant development along this low-rise commercial corridor. This community adds
ground floor retail and supportive services in a concrete podium, with steel modular residential units arranged around a common courtyard on the upper floors. Parking spaces are provided for social services staff while each resident has a bike- storage space. This 97 unit building will help
reinforce a pedestrian-friendly character desired along the Crenshaw corridor while creating a quiet home for those previously experiencing homelessness.
