In a leafy neighborhood of Alpharetta, Georgia, Lakeview features the kind of thoughtful design that appeals to both growing families and downsizing older adults, offering generous living spaces on compact footprints. To strategically fill a gap in the surrounding mixed use community, which puts retail and entertainment within easy walking distance, KTGY’s designers employed three pillars: accessible luxury, context-sensitive architecture and sizable units with integrated outdoor space. Each home makes customization and elevated design easy for the new owners and replicable for our client.

Rows of three- and four-story houses, each with different floorplans, create different entry points at the higher end of our target market. Strategically navigating requirements, our designers give the four-story homes elevator access without additional code constraints, delivering luxury features alongside flexibility. Covered and open terraces at either the ground or upper level extend open interior architecture to outdoor living spaces. The designers’ facade treatment carefully considers local context, using Geogia stone to detail the ground floors. Upper floors use contemporary colors and industrial-inspired details to energize these designs, while more traditional pitched roofs ground them. Thoughtful site integration joins residents to the Alpha Loop trail system, which connects all of Alpharetta in a multi-use path.
