KTGY conceptualized this re-development of the existing mall and parking areas. The first step in the re-development process is to demolish the existing anchor retail store in order to create a more inviting entrance and connection to the existing mall interior. A new exterior plaza will create an inviting outdoor space allowing for community activities and connectivity between the mall and new luxury apartment community. The contemporary aesthetic is reinforced with the neutral color palette and clean lines. Architects leveraged the change in grade within the existing parking area to create access to the two-level garage without the need for interior ramps which serves to increase overall efficiency.
