Vitae’s transitional style of architecture is founded on clean lines and simple forms, with warm, contemporary interiors, stucco exteriors, lapped siding and oversized windows. These striking homes blend the contemporary with traditional architectural elements and meld with the surrounding eclectic neighborhood. Gable end roof lines are emphasized with a framework that brings attention to the geometry of the house. Located on two half-acre lots Vitae is an artistic and elegant infill solution. Designers considered the existing neighborhood fabric and placed two-story homes at the project frontages. Each home maximizes their square footage with open kitchen and living spaces and indoor-outdoor experiences.
