Chapman University is situated in Old Towne Orange and is a catalyst in helping to revitalize and preserve this historic downtown. KTGY Group serves as the University’s Community Planner overseeing numerous projects, including project entitlement and governmental relations. Since 2001, our Team members have represented the University as Design Advisors and Project Representatives for over 35 projects. We have worked closely with project-specific architects and other consultant team members in preparing and processing the required City submittals for a wide variety of projects. We have also been involved in coordinating with the University’s President, Administration, and Board of Directors. In addition, our staff members were also involved in preparing and successfully processing the campus-wide Specific Plan and EIR for Chapman University through the City of Orange.
