Holiday parties, busy schedules, and lots of goodies in the café can all lead to us feeling a little less healthy than we’d like. To help battle the sluggishness the KTGY Wellness Committee created the ’12 Days of Fitness’ challenge.

KTGY Tysons just completed Day 3 – that means so far they have done a total of 4 leg lifts, 4 burpees, and 3 minutes of planks! Are you up for the challenge?
