    The Morrison Hotel is a collaboration between developer Relevant Group, SHoP Architects and KTGY delivering a vibrant mixed-use development to downtown Los Angeles. The development consists of a new, luxury condo tower that will sit adjacent to the renovated, historic Morrison hotel. Increasing the hotel footprint a new modular tower will be added behind the historic building. A public courtyard serves as the gateway to the new development providing passive seating areas and welcoming pedestrians and guests. Due to the project complexity and detail, intensive coordination between design architect, modular manufacturer and KTGY was necessary during each phase of the process.
