Menifee Crossroads

Menifee Crossroads delivers a large-scale ground up retail center with office space to the city of Menifee, addressing the city’s need for additional commercial space and office tenants. The surrounding neighborhood consists of commercial and residential buildings, with Menifee Crossroads adding a much-needed retail element to the existing neighborhood. The contemporary architectural style is defined by clean lines with roof line articulation creating visual interest. Multiple outdoor seating and dining areas throughout the development allow visitors to enjoy the sunny California weather. The supermarket serves as the anchor tenant of the center. Primarily clad in stucco, fiber cement siding and metal panels serve to accentuate the façade. Spandrel glass utilized on the back of the shop building facing the street provides passers-by a look into the large supermarket creating an appealing street view. A Denny’s, restaurants, and coffee shop line the street frontage for maximum visibility. A two-story office building located behind the retail center is planned for Phase II of the development. Enhanced outdoor patios at the street corners and a special design art piece installed on-site, make this retail center visually appealing, with flexible options serving the needs of all types of visitors, adding a new dynamic plaza to the city of Menifee.
