Brad Golba, AIA, NCARB joined KTGY in 2011. As principal, he leads a team whose primary focus is on the single family and multifamily residential sectors. Brad’s core specialty lies in finding innovative design and code-compliant solutions for all developments his team works on. Relying on his years of experience and technical knowledge of homebuilder construction practices, he aims to complete a finished product that enhances the quality and character of the original design intent.
Brad’s strong commitment to client satisfaction is evident in his comprehensive project management and problem-solving tactics while ensuring developments are delivered on time and within budget. His efforts and contributions have led to award-winning projects and communities within the Southern California region.
Prior to joining KTGY, Brad worked in San Francisco and Newport Beach with a specialization in luxury retail tenant improvements, mixed-use buildings and high-end single family custom homes and estates.
