Harper Road

Harper Road offers an elegant Spanish style senior housing option. The community is divided into three separate living areas – independent living, assisted living and memory care – each with their own respective central courtyard, and are joined together by one large kitchen near the center of the community. Earth-toned stucco lines the exterior walls, accompanied by stone accents and dark wood trim, complete with a sienna clay/concrete tiled roof. The unique curved façade is designed to allow as many units possible to take advantage of the sweeping valley views that face west and mountain views that face east. Unit plans feature universal design principles, such as wider hallways, fully accessible bathrooms and other clearances that go beyond the International Building Code (IBC) requirements, intentionally designed to best serve the residents in their daily lives.
